Abstract

Topical issues of legal confirmation of the notion and content of public domain (state and municipal) are considered. The author states the specific character of the state as the participant of property relations.

 

Author Biography

Maria Sergeevna Ignatova, South Ural State University, Chelyabinsk, Russian Federation

was born on May 24, 1982. In 2004 she graduated from South Ural State University. In 2007 she defended a candidate?s thesis in Administrative and legal regulation of state registration of rights for immovable property and real estate transactions in the Russian Federation. Now she is an associate professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law Department of South Ural state University. She is the author of 37 publications. Research interests: turnover of immovable property management, legal regulation of state and public property relations
