Abstract

The analysis of six stock exchange operations, by which market manipulation is performed, banned by the Russian legislation is made.

Valery Ramilievich Yakupov, South Ural State University, Chelyabinsk, Russian Federation

was born on February 4, 1988. In 2010 he graduated from South Ural State University. Now he is a postgraduate student of Constitutional and Administrative Law Department of South Ural State University. He is the author of 15 publications. Research interests: administrative responsibility of legal entities.
