PROBLEMS OF STRENGTHENING LAW AND ORDER IN THE LEGAL REGULATION OF PUBLIC RELATIONS

Abstract

The article examines the problems of strengthening the rule of law and legal order in modern society. In Russian legal science, the concepts of "legality", "law and order", "public order", "ensuring law and order", "regime of legality" are key. In the context of developing democratic institutions, the problems of the legal law, legality and legal order have been poorly studied; in jurisprudence there is insufficient clarity either in the definitions of the rule of law and legality, or in their meaningful distinction. Legality means the attitude of society to the law, characterizes the state of the entire system of legal relations, and therefore is considered as one of the most important problems of jurisprudence. And in this regard, the attempts to rethink this problem in a new way are quite justified and timely.
