Abstract

The article analyzes classification of types of use of special knowledge in criminal procedure, their use in the Criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation; specific criteria for classification from the viewpoint of practical application of enforcement are given.

Evgeniya Aleksandrovna Matsun, Южно-Уральский государственный университет, г. Челябинск

was born on May 13, 1987. In 2009 she graduated from South ural State University. Now she is a senior investigator of Investigation department of Investigation Committee of the Russian Federation in the Chelyabinsk region, a degree seeking student of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department of South Ural State University. She is the author of 4 publications. Research interests: criminal procedure and criminalistics
