Abstract

Within the framework of the conducted research, an attempt was made to reveal the essence of an administrative contract, to identify its differences from a civil law contract, as well as to determine the nature of contracts (agreements) regulating budgetary legal relations. Based on a comprehensive analysis of regulatory acts at both the federal and regional levels, the authors have identified the specifics of concluding administrative contracts in the budgetary sphere by public law entities and public authorities.
