Abstract

The article analyzes the place and role of judicial control at checking reports on crime. The author studies practical problems and efficiency of checking orders to dismiss criminal complaints by the court. On the basis of materials analyzed and statistical data given a number of amendments to Article 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, strengthening supervising functions of the court at processing of complaints of order to dismiss criminal complaints, are given.

Vadim Mukhtarovich Tarzimanov, South Ural State University

was born on July 6, 1984. In 2007 he graduated from the Institute of Justice of the Ural State Law Academy. Now he is a postgraduate student of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department of South Ural State University. He is the author of 3 publications. Research interests: pre-trial proceedings at criminal cases.
