Abstract

The article considers some problems of security provision in the Internet and information security provision for children against information injuring their health and development in particular. For objective situation analysis the experience of foreign countries in the solution of the problems connected with intellectual property protection in the Internet is studied.

Klim Viktorovich Borodin, South Ural State University.

was born on June 20, 1988. In 2010 he graduated from the Faculty of Computer Technologies, Control and Radio Electronics of South Ural State University, in 2012 he finished Master?s program of the Faculty of Law of South Ural State University and defended his thesis ?Legal regulation of data distribution in the Internet?. Now he is a postgraduate student of the Constitutional and Administrative Law Department of South Ural State University. He is the author of 4 publications. Research interests: legal regulation of data distribution in the Internet.
