Abstract

The article deals with the history of development of procedural law from the viewpoint of correlation and relation of the norms of material and procedural rules. Branches and institutions of modern legal system are non-uniform and presented in the form of an integrated conglomerate of interrelated primary elements of a legal substance which contribute to one another, they are material and procedural norms.

was born on January 1, 1988. He graduated from the Law Institute of Irkutsk State University in 2009. Now he is a postgraduate student of the Department of Theory of State and Law of Siberian Federal University. Research interests: theory and history of state and law.
