Abstract

The problem of security provision for the suspect (the accused), signing pretrial immunity agreement is analyzed. Particular option for improvement of Article 317.3, part 3 article 317.4, part 1 Article 317.9 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation is given.

Now she is a postgraduate student of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure of Smolensk University for Humanities, chief investigator of Investigation Department for Smolensk Investigation Department of Russia in Smolensk region.
