Abstract

The analysis of court practice, legal view of the Constitutional Court and current legislation give reasonable grounds to believe that grounds and order of rehabilitation do not provide sufficient protection of the civil rights and liberties, restoration of human dignity and they need to be improved.

was born on September 14, 1989. In 2011 she graduated from the Faculty of Law of Smolensk University of Humanities. Now she is a postgraduate student of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure of the same university. She is the author of 9 publications. Research interests: criminal procedure, criminal law, criminalistics, civil law, civil procedure, family law.
