Abstract

General problems of the objectives of the local technical regulation, means of regulation and its sources are considered in the article. The problems of the role of the local technical and legal acts in the regulation of operating processes are analyzed.

Aleksander Amangeldinovich Bauken, South Ural State University.

was born on August 28, 1982. In 2004 he graduated from South Ural State University. In 2006 he defended his candidate?s thesis in Legal protection of property in the Russian Federation (theoretical problems). Now he is an associate professor of Theory and History of State and Law Department of South Ural State University. He is the author of 11 publications.
