Abstract

The article considers the situation with the execution of the judgments of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the reasons for the non-execution of the judgments are revealed. Possible options for the increase of the efficiency of final stage of legal constitutional procedure are given.

is an associate professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law Department of South Ural State University. In 2009 he defended candidate?s thesis in the Russian federalism: origin, establishment and development. He is the author of 22 publications. Research interests: issues of constitutional law of Russia and foreign countries.
