Abstract

The problem of interpretation of the provisions of criminal law is considered in the article. Peculiar features of the numerous methods of interpretation used in the process of law enforcement are analyzed. The necessity of joint use of different methods of interpretation of criminal procedure provisions is revealed and proved.
