Abstract

The problems of legal competence of the resident of a specific economic zone are analyzed. The author comes to the conclusion of the specific legal competence of the resident and the necessity to introduce alterations in its constitutional documents.

was born on December 7, 1986. In 2009 she graduated from South Ural State University. Now she is a lecturer of Entrepreneurial and Commercial Law Department of South Ural State University. She is the author of 18 publications. Research interests: special economic zones.
