Abstract

Interim judicial decision on examination of evidence in criminal procedure of Russia is considered. The existing problems are analyzed; the solutions to the problems are given.

Now he is a postgraduate student of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of South Ural State University. He is the author of 3 publications.
