Abstract

The normative regulation of reorganization of public legal formations
as a legal entity (public institutions) is considered. The article describes
the features of reorganization procedure of public authorities
and local governments. A comparative analysis of reorganization standards,
which are assigned in Civil Code of the Russian Federation, with
the standards in other legal acts containing regulations of reorganization
of public legal formation as a legal entity, is performed. The author
makes the conclusion that there are several problems in legal regulation
on this issue, and ways for their solution are given.
