SECRECY LEGISLATION: REGULATORY ISSUES

Abstract

The article analyzes the main problems about the secrecy legislation. In
the article special attention is paid to the categories of information with
limited access, which are often used in the legislation. Some of them do not
have proper legal regulation. Moreover, one considers the inconsistency of
existing regulations and the problems of legal technique in some legislative
terms. Conclusion about the necessity of legislative regulation of the institute
of professional secrecy as one of the least regulated and controversial secrecy
legislation is made.
