Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of the participation in the election of candidates
who are members of the superior electoral commissions with deliberative vote, in
relation to the Commission organizing elections.
The author focuses on the need to improve the electoral legislation regulating the
suspension of powers of the member of the higher election Commission with deliberative
vote, for the period of his participation in the elections as a candidate or early release
from their duties.
