STUDY OF BEHAVIORAL FEATURES AND VERBAL MESSAGES OF MURDER SUSPECTS

Abstract

This article deals with the peculiarities of behavior and speech patterns in the testimonies
of murder suspects. The degree of public danger and gravity of the consequences
caused by the offences against the person, or rather murders, in many respects surpass other
criminal manifestations and cause enormous damage to society. If we turn to thestatistics,
the number of murders in recent years has increased, this is evidenced, among other things,
by a significant number of missing persons, as well as annually found unidentified corpses
with signs of violent death. In the interrogation of a suspect or accused one of the central
places belongs to the measures foridentification, exposure and prevention of false testimonies,
as well as obtaining reliable information. Lies are intentional transfer of information
in a case that does not correspond to reality. The situation in reality is deliberately distorted.
In the course of the conducted experiment, the authors identified behaviors and speech
patterns of suspects, hiding the circumstances of missing aperson. All of the foregoing in
the article can be considered in terms of possible application in detection of crimes.
