Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of controlling police by municipal representative
authorities. Separate forms of control are named and disclosed with reference
to specific examples of the activities of representative bodies. The analysis of the theory
and practice of control conductedby the authors allowed to determine its positive side,
and some aspects that need to be improved.
