Abstract

The problematic issues related to the employment of young workers, representation of the interests of minors in the sphere of labor, and protection of their rights are considered in the article. The necessity of creating youth councils along with the production councils in the organization, as well as the adoption of the Federal Law "On Youth" are substantiated.
