Abstract

The article analyzes the dynamics of employment of persons with disabilities on the basis of data of the Federal service for labor and employment, the Federal service for state statistics. Based on the analysis of the law enforcement practice, some problems of implementation of social and labor guarantees provided to employees with disabilities are identified. A comparative legal analysis of these guarantees with similar in some foreign countries. In conclusion, the measures for the effective resolution of the identified problems of implementation of social and labor guarantees are proposed.
