Abstract

The article analyzes the foreign policy powers of the President of the Russian Federation from the point of view of the complex of constituent foundations of his/her constitutional status: The President of the Russian Federation is the carrier of power in the field of foreign policy and the body that determines the country's foreign policy, its actions as a sovereign, performing integration and coordination functions of the head of state, negotiations and the signing of international treaties, signing of instruments of ratification, acceptance of credentials and revocable letters of accreditation of diplomatic representatives..
