Factors determining the operation of wind turbines group in limited area
Abstract
The analysis of average annual wind speed for Nepryakhino village has been carried out. Also the configuration of optimum location of the vertical-axis wind turbines included in the wind power plant in a limited area has been done. The vertical-axis WPP (Wind Power Plant) with towers of different height have been suggested in order to improve the plant operating efficiency.
