World and Russian experience of the renewable energy state support application

The authors analyze government promotion measures of the renewable energy sources using on the example of the Russian and world legislation and explain stimulation mechanisms. It is suggested including agreements on the capacity accession on the renewable energy sources in the wholesale electricity market, the process of the power competitive selection is described.
