Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.-
The submission does not violate Ethical Standards for Authors, including the following:
- the submission has not been previously published (partly or in full) and it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere (or a clear explanation has been provided in comments to the Editor);
- the submission has been approved by all the co-authors (if any) as well as by the responsible authorities – tacitly or explicitly – at the institute where the research has been carried out;
- the submission provides references to the original sources included in the reference list if there are excerpts (citations), ideas, and results presented earlier in the scientific works of other authors.

The submission has been prepared according to the Author Guidelines on contents, including the following:
- for an article: submission reflects the results of ongoing or completed scientific research and has the appropriate structural elements (introduction, review of related work, theoretical part, implementation part, experimental part, conclusions);
- for a survey: submission contains analysis, comparison, and disclosure of the most important and prospective trends according to the journal's scope, demonstrates a variety of views on the development of scientific knowledge, and contains conclusions, synthesis, and summary data.

The submission has been prepared according to the Author Guidelines on formatting, including the following:
- submission is in the PDF format;
- submission is prepared in the LaTeX2e system and based on the journal's style file and template.
