ADAPTIVE CONTROL OF DYNAMIC STABILITY OF INNOVATIVE PRODUCTIONS UNDER CONDITIONS OF A SINGLE SOURCE OF EXTERNAL DISTURBANCE

Abstract

The article analyses the relevance of managing the dynamic stability of diversified innova-tive industries. It shows the limitations and disadvantages of CVP analysis when assessing the results of implementing interconnected projects under multifactorial management. It also ad-dresses the challenges of using one external disturbance in the presence of market re-strictions on correction possibilities and application priorities. The author developed a hy-pothesis about the possibility of controlling the dynamic stability of diversified innovative industries with one external disturbance for one project. The hypothesis is based on a model that controls corrective factors for the formation of permissible current dynamic deviations of the total planned profit of a set of industries. These industries have various characteristic initiating disturbances. The hypothesis approaches the target result of obtaining the final profit through the joint adjustment of the parameters of other projects ranked by the degree of attainability and priority of application to the current market situation. The presented methodological approach takes into account the controlled shift of the start and finish cycles of projects for initiating and corrective impacts, as well as the presence of the inflationary component of innovative projects with consistent adaptive selection of the values of correc-tive parameters. This approach is largely universal when other specific conditions are adopt-ed for selecting other initiating and corrective impacts. If there is an option to achieve the target result, the proposed model enables one to find a set of solutions for the composition and values of correction parameters in a finite number of steps. This approach implements adaptive control for one stream of external disturbances. The methodological approach presented in the article is illustrated with typical sample examples of practical implementation including analytical calculations and graphical representations of adjustments to variable costs of one product or the discount rate when it is performed by adaptively choosing a vari-ant of a set of possible changes in the values of variable costs, clock performance, fixed costs and the price of another product. This approach is largely universal under different boundary conditions for analyzed perturbation pairs, which are sets of partial corrections used to as-sess the dynamic stability in the development of both mono and diversified production
