МЕЖДУНАРОДНОЕ СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВО СТРАН – УЧАСТНИКОВ БРИКС В РАМКАХ ЦИФРОВИЗАЦИИ УГОЛОВНОГО СУДОПРОИЗВОДСТВА
Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются проблемы внедрения цифрового судопроизводства в странах БРИКС. Текущая ситуация в мире, связанная с коронавирусной инфекцией, послужила толчком для активной интеграции современных технологий. Происходящие изменения в судебном процессе в корне меняют подходы к отправлению правосудия в наши дни. Цифровые технологии, используемые в процессе защиты прав и законных интересов, доказали свою эффективность и необходимость сотрудничества в этой сфере.
