TRADITIONAL SPIRITUAL AND MORAL VALUES AS THE BASIS OF NATIONAL SECURITY OF RUSSIA

Abstract

The article is devoted to the main trends in criminal law policy in the field of ensuring
the protection of traditional spiritual and moral values in Russia. The article analyzes the legal basis
for ensuring the safety and strengthening of traditional values, reveals the issues of their criminal law
protection. A discussion about the relationship between crime and traditional spiritual and moral values is revealed, for example, by influencing the latter. Indeed, the development of modern digital
technologies and new forms of criminal activity has a significant impact on all spheres of society. At
the same time, human rights and freedoms in general are among the most vulnerable. Ensuring moral
security along with the national, information security of the state requires new approaches, primarily
due to the fact that traditional spiritual and moral values need special protection from the state, as they
are the basis of Russia's national identity and security
