Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of legal regulation of the use of innovative technologies in transport and logistics activities. A powerful leap in technical developments, their active
implementation in practice revealed the existing gaps in the legal regulation of transport activities. An
active rule-making process in this area does not fully meet the requirements of the modern transport
services market. In this regard, certain problems of legal regulation arise. The author points to the lack
of unity in legal regulation at the national and international levels.
