BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY FOR REGISTRATION OF RIGHTS TO REAL ESTATE: FOREIGN EXPERIENCE AND PROBLEMS OF APPLICATION IN RUSSIA

The article discusses the prospects for integrating blockchain technology into registers
of rights to real estate. The author names the advantages of blockchain technologies, which it is advisable to integrate into registers of rights to real estate. The foreign experience of pilot projects that
form registers of information on land plots based on blockchain technology and the prospects for using the results of these projects in Russia are considered. The optimal architecture of the blockchain
platform is proposed, on the basis of which state registries will successfully function.
