Abstract

The issues related to the participation of women's councils in the management of organizations and improving the effectiveness of their activities are investigated. Insufficient specificity in determining the legal status of these public formations does not contribute to solving social and economic problems, and reduces the level of protection of elected bodies. Their formation and development should be carried out taking into account the needs and capabilities of the parties to the employment relationship. The solution of this problem and the prevention of conflicts in organizations would be facilitated by the specification of their activities, reflected in the charters of these public structures adopted at the federal level.
