LINGUISTIC CREATIVITY AS A PARTICULAR CASE OF THE LANGUAGE PRECEDENT

Abstract

The present article focuses on the notions “precedent” and “creativity” – a feature of
the language and consciousness. Linguistic creativity is studied on the basis of the creative works of M.A. Kuzmin – a great master, a good stylist, a connoisseur of literature – antique, old Russian, medieval European and European literature of the 18th century. The lexical units of his verses are considered as one of the basic constituents of the artistic image, concept and text. Any linguistic creativity implies the action of negation as a factor structuring a new artistic reality.
