PROBLEMS OF DEVELOPING UNIVERSITIES’ HUMAN RESOURCES
Abstract
Contradictions and problems of developing universities’ human resources are revealed: pedagogical, psychological, socio-economic. The areas of human resources management which let solve the problems are named.
