POTENTIAL OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN EDUCATION MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The author shows that information system in any organization (in an educational institution as well) fulfils the functions of information flow management: structuring information; selection, structuring and setting the direction of information flow within an educational institution and outside it; effective allocating the resources of an organization. Interaction with information system for making decision information support includes: information inquiry, inquiry processing, giving out an answer for it.
