STUDY OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE CONTINUOUS LINGUISTIC EDUCATION FOR NATIONAL RESEARCH UNIVERSITY FACULTY

Abstract

The rationale for continuous professional education (CPE) in the National Research University is the urgent need to increase the professional mobility of the university faculty and to encourage the faculty participation in the international scientific and educational project development. The paper investigates the management process of the continuous education in English language learning of South Ural State University. The analysis is made by the criteria: consistency between the expected and achieved results of education; student satisfaction with the quality of the educational process and its results. The methods used are questionnaires and analytical methods. The positive results of the educational program are revealed and formulated. The ways to improve the program management are outlined.
