ELABORATION PRINCIPLES FOR REGIONAL STRATEGY OF PATRIOTIC UPBRINGING OF CHILDREN AND YOUTH

Abstract

Elaboration principles of innovation development strategy of regional system of patriotic upbringing of rising generations are substantiated. The article dwells on the main areas (forming “innovation development centers”, integration of ideas, techniques and human potential, synchronization of activity of the subjects of education, culture, youth politics, social organizations, creation of regional cluster) and indicators (the degree of social integrity, investment appeal, subject’s status position increasing, diversity of innovation models, settled conditions of innovation activity, development of managerial culture) of innovation structure activity – of regional scientific innovation socio-pedagogical set of patriotic upbringing.
