Abstract

The article deals with the efficiency of the head of the sports organization. It describes the efficiency components, presents a generalized efficiency micromodel and efficiency model of the head of the sports organization. An important emphasis in the article is made on the pedagogical conditions of regulation of organizational and managerial activities.
