ACQUISITION OF INNOVATION MANAGERIAL COMPETENCIES OF TALENT POOL DEVELOPMENT IN CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract

The necessity to develop the innovation managerial competency – the talent pool development of the organization – is underlined in the article. In modern conditions the content of the competency is renewed due to the following factors: regulatory acts that provide the employer-employee relationships are changing; in order to develop the talent pool competencies a manager in an organization is required to optimize the distribution of competencies; to solve creative tasks it is necessary to develop personnel creativity. To acquire the competencies it is offered to realize the module program of further training for the management personnel called «Innovation managerial competencies aimed at the talent pool development of the organization». The program is organized in the framework of the continuing professional development. The tentative schedule and a short characteristic of the program are given.
