Abstract

The research of manager’s professional communication competences is caused by the new paradigm of management and by the requirements of multi-level professional education to training managers. The manager’s competences of professional communication are singled out. They are reviewed from the point of features of interactive, communicative and perceptive components of professional communication and from the point of bachelor’s professional competences in the area. The verbal and nonverbal aspects of manager’s professional communication competences are described. The competences can be used when describing requirements to the results of mastering the basic educational programs for bachelors in management.
