Abstract

Reducing the role of education is becoming an urgent problem for secondary vocational education,
since the instructors of technical colleges work with one of the most difficult groups of
students. This fact puts special requirements to future teachers’ vocational training for educational
activities. The purpose of this article is the analysis of foreign and Russian literature and identification
of the level of motivational component of the readiness of teachers for educational activities
in professional educational organizations. Summarizing the theoretical and empirical results,
we note that the preparation of future teachers for educational activities in professional
educational organizations is one of the urgent problems the education system is facing and is
a promising task for a pedagogical university. There is a need to build an effective system for
preparing future teachers for educational activities in professional educational organizations, taking
into account their specificity and the current economic and social situation in society.
