Abstract

The article is devoted to the foreign experience of workers' labor democracy, which shows the main theoretical prerequisites that must be taken into account when modernizing labor relations. The main conditions for the creation of labor democracy are reflected: publicity, information transparency, feedback, remuneration, employee involvement in decision-making, delegation of administration rights to employees. Examples are given from the experience of American, Swedish, Japanese enterprises on the introduction of various forms of labor democracy in labor relations. The most widespread forms of labor democracy implementation, which have become most effective, are quality control circles, small production groups, and autonomous brigades. The advantages and disadvantages of this or that form of labor democracy are shown. Special education activities that will allow workers to adapt in the forms of labor democracy are proposed. As experience of the enterprises show, the introduction of labor democracy in various forms improves the quality of working life by enriching the collective and individual labor of workers.
