Abstract

The modernization of the system of general education in Russia is a very complicated social phenomenon. The concept of the specialized education is part of the modernization of the Russian system of education and its essence is being changed nowadays. The stages of the Russian specialized education are described. The detailed concept of the profile education is given which is one of the problems of the modernization of Russian education.
