COMPETENCE IN ENERGY SAVING OF HOTEL COMPLEX MIDDLE MANAGERS AS A PEDAGOGICAL CONCEPT

Abstract

The importance of energy saving in social sphere requires defining the essential features of the manager competence. The study of energy saving competence of the hotel complex mid-level manager is necessary from an educational point of view, since it is the base of the model of design for personalized programs of additional professional education. The components and features of the competence are defined and they are: knowledge, first-hand experience, level of competencies usage. The content of the features is described relating to the competence of the hotel complex mid-level manager.
