Abstract

Problems of a ballroom-dances coach professional competences development are viewed here. Some competences, characterizing coaches’ activities, aimed at helping young sportsmen’s creative self-realization are proposed in the article. Some creative qualities which young people, going in for this kind of sport, have to possess are shown here. The results of the carried out experiment show positive changes in the level of future coaches’ readiness within the sphere of stimulation young sportsmen’s creative self-realization.
