SPORTS TRAINING OF TAEKWONDO SPORTSMEN ON THE BASIS OF INDIVIDUALIZATION

Abstract

The research of the problem of individualization of sports training is caused by the necessity of creating theoretical and methodological basis for training taekwondo sportsmen. Taekwondo is quite a young kind of sport which demands great attention of scientists. The results of the analysis of sportsmen’s individual peculiarities are presented in the article: the analysis of individual and typological peculiarities, types of temperament, psychological state, the level of electrodermal resistance. Vegetative activation on the level of electrodermal resistance was fixed, types of temperament (using Aizenk’s method) and the level of reactive anxiety (using the scale by Spilberg-Khanin) were identified for detecting sportsmen’s individual peculiarities.
