Abstract

Modern economic conditions, characterized by the processes of digital transformation, high dynamics of technological changes and increased competition, impose new requirements on the human capital of industrial enterprises. In this regard, corporate training ceases to be a peripheral function and becomes a strategic asset that ensures competitiveness and sustainable development. However, the traditional knowledge-based learning models that dominated in the past often do not keep up with the needs of real production and demonstrate insufficient effectiveness in the formation of practical competencies. There is an urgent need to accelerate the formation and maintenance of relevant professional competencies among employees of all categories (workers and engineering staff) in the context of the introduction of new pro-duction technologies and standards. At the same time, the organization of training faces a number of objective limitations: the production schedule, the need to cover groups with diverse positions and basic knowledge, and limited resources. The resolution of these contradictions is seen in the transition to the competence paradigm and the introduction of modern educational technologies. Blended learning, in particular, the Station Rotation model, which integrates the advantages of online formats, face-to-face practice and group work into a single, managed learning cycle, is considered the most appropriate and organizationally effective response to the challenges facing the corporate training system in the industrial sector. This article is an attempt of an integrated approach to the design and implementation of a professional training system in an industrial enterprise based on the implementation of a blended learning system. The authors provide a comprehensive analysis of modern approaches to the organization of blended learning in a production environment. The author's methodology for building a mixed learning system based on the Station Rotation model in professional employee training, taking into account the specifics of the production of material goods, is presented. Special attention is paid to performance evaluation criteria and promising areas for the development of professional training systems in the context of digitalization of production processes, data on which can serve as a methodological basis for designing similar training systems in industrial enterprises. The results of the practical implementation of this methodology are presented, demonstrating an increase in the effectiveness of training industrial enterprise personnel.
