Bulletin of South Ural State University, Series “Food and Biotechnology” is established in 2013. The magazine is published once a quarter.

The main objective of the "Bulletin of SUSU". A series of " Food and Biotechnology " is to exercise contribute to the development of modern science in the field of biotechnology and technology of food production by providing the results of fundamental and applied research , to broaden and deepen understanding of critical issues technologies of processes , environmental safety, quality optimization, food engineering , physiology, nutrition and ways to solve them . The mission of the series is to develop human resource capacity of Russian science, the widespread dissemination and promotion in the circles of professional audience research results of high quality and their use in practice, and food processing plants.

A series of "Food and Biotechnology" provides an opportunity for researchers to publish the results of own research activities and see the articles of colleagues from Russia and other countries.

Materials published in the journal are interesting and useful for scientific research, for Master's and PhD’s students. The results can be presented in the form of review, original articles, or short messages (for young scientists and graduate students).
