PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS’ AS CONDITION OF INCREASING EDUCATION QUALITY

Abstract

The development of professional and personal qualities of university graduates is one of the conditions of sustainable development of both production and society as a whole, as in market economy having a specialty is an important guarantee of social security of a person, his social self-esteem and self-realization. Pedagogic support of students in higher education is determined by the necessity to train harmonious and effective personality of a physical culture university future graduate. The paper highlights that the process of pedagogic support in professional and personal spheres is needed to provide timely assistance and support of a future graduate, to teach him to overcome difficulties appearing in a self-study process, to encourage him, thus, increasing the quality of educational process.
